Instructions:

  • 1Lie down on a bench with your back supported, knees bent, and feet on the floor.
  • 2Hold a barbell over your shoulders with your arms extended, hands shoulder-width apart, and palms facing forward.
  • 3Lower the barbell towards your upper chest while folding your arms, then take your hands towards your face.

Tips:

  • Keep your wrists straight.
  • DonÆt keep your elbows too close to your torso.
  • Maintain a natural breathing pattern.
