Instructions:

  • 1Start in a standard push-up position, with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Lower yourself until your chest is just above the ground
  • 3Explosively push up, while at the same time lifting off the floor with your hands and feet
  • 4Land and immediately start your next rep
  • 5Control the descent to avoid injury

Tips:

  • Ensure your core is always tight
  • Wruit as much force as possible when pushing off the ground
  • Land gently to avoid stress on your joints
  • Do not rush, quality is more important than quantity
