
Instructions:
- 1Place your hands on the floor by leaning forward, and extend your legs backwards spread apart to get into a plank position.
- 2Immediately bring both legs together by jumping both legs lightly and bring both knees bent together close to your arms.
- 3Return to starting position by repeating the light jump and repeat.
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and avoid bending it unnecessarily.
- Maintain a smooth rhythm between the repititions.
- Avoid holding your breath.
