Instructions:

  • 1Place your hands on the floor by leaning forward, and extend your legs backwards spread apart to get into a plank position.
  • 2Immediately bring both legs together by jumping both legs lightly and bring both knees bent together close to your arms.
  • 3Return to starting position by repeating the light jump and repeat.

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and avoid bending it unnecessarily.
  • Maintain a smooth rhythm between the repititions.
  • Avoid holding your breath.
