Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
  • 2Fold your arms and open your elbows wide while keeping your palms down.
  • 3Raise one of your elbows higher than the shoulder while keeping the other lower than the shoulder.
  • 4Slide your forearms over one another while alternately raising and lowering your elbows.

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight.
  • Keep your body stable and only move your arms.
  • Maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
