
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall with your back straight and feet wider than your shoulders.
- 2Bring your arms forward with palms down.
- 3Turn towards one side while pivoting your feet, lowering your hips and raising and lowering your arms alternately.
- 4Repeat while turning towards the other side and do the same.
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and avoid turning your torso only.
- Keep your torso in the canter and avoid leaning forward or backward.
- Maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
