Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall in a stepping position with your back straight and lower your rear knee to the floor while bending your front knee.
  • 2Take your rear foot forward while standing nearly straight, swinging your arms in the opposite direction, and stepping back with your other foot.
  • 3Quickly return to the former position and repeat.

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
  • Start slowly and then gain a decent pace.
  • Maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
