
Instructions:
- 1Get into a boxing stance by taking your hands up, elbows in, knees slightly bent, and hips between your feet.
- 2Keep your left hand up guarding your chin with your elbow tucked in.
- 3Lower your hips and take your right hand to waist level and punch upwards while rotating your torso towards the left and pivoting on your rear foot.
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
- DonÆt shift your weight to any leg.
- DonÆt stand up straight and keep your knees slightly bent.
