Instructions:

  • 1Get into a boxing stance by taking your hands up, elbows in, knees slightly bent, and hips between your feet.
  • 2Keep your right hand up guarding your chin with your elbow tucked in.
  • 3Keep your elbow bent to almost a 90-degree angle and rotate your body towards the right and follow through your left arm while pivoting on your front foot.

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
  • DonÆt shift your weight to any leg.
  • DonÆt stand up straight and keep your knees slightly bent.
