
Instructions:
- 1Get into a boxing stance by taking your hands up, elbows in, knees slightly bent, and hips between your feet.
- 2Extend your front arm quickly while rotating your entire arm so that your punch lands with your palm facing down and your shoulder rotated up to cover your chin.
- 3Return to the initial position and repeat.
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
- DonÆt shift your weight to any leg while jabbing.
- Keep your whole body stable, only move your arm.
