Instructions:

  • 1Get into a boxing stance by taking your hands up, elbows in, knees slightly bent, and hips between your feet.
  • 2Extend your front arm quickly while rotating your entire arm so that your punch lands with your palm facing down and your shoulder rotated up to cover your chin.
  • 3Return to the initial position and repeat.

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
  • DonÆt shift your weight to any leg while jabbing.
  • Keep your whole body stable, only move your arm.
