Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with your back straight, arms extended forward at shoulder height, palms up, and feet shoulder-width apart.
  • 2Curl your arms and take a short step forward with your right foot while keeping the other foot in place.
  • 3Return to the starting position and do the same while stepping with your other foot.
