
Instructions:
- 1Sit on an inclined bench and press your chest against it while keeping your knees bent and feet on the ground.
- 2Grab the barbell under the bench with an overhand grip, straight arms, and hands placed shoulder-width apart.
- 3Raise the barbell towards your chest by folding your arms.
- 4Return to the initial position and repeat.
Tips:
- Keep your elbows close to your torso while pulling the barbell.
- Keep your muscles active, and donÆt let the barbell fall freely while returning.
- Maintain a smooth breathing pattern throughout the exercise.
