
Instructions:
- 1Position yourself on all fours, perform push-ups by bending and extending your elbows
- 2Move your right hand and the corresponding foot forward while doing the push-up
- 3Switch side and do the same with your left hand and foot
- 4Keep going alternating between your hands and feet in a crawling motion
- 5Make sure your hips and spine stay stable during the movement
Tips:
- Keep your body straight from your shoulders to your hips
- Try to keep your head in neutral position aligning with your spine
- Do not let your elbows flare out while performing the push-ups
- If it becomes difficult, try lowering your knees to the floor as modification
