
Instructions:
- 1Get on the machine and lock your feet into the place and bring your thighs forward against the pads
- 2Straighten your back along with your legs and rest your hands on your chest
- 3Lower your torso towards the floor as far as you can
- 4Return to the initial position and repeat
Tips:
- DonÆt lift your thighs off the pads
- Avoid bending your neck
- Perform the exercise smoothly without any jerky movements.
