Instructions:

  • 1Get on the machine and lock your feet into the place and bring your thighs forward against the pads
  • 2Straighten your back along with your legs and rest your hands on your chest
  • 3Lower your torso towards the floor as far as you can
  • 4Return to the initial position and repeat

Tips:

  • DonÆt lift your thighs off the pads
  • Avoid bending your neck
  • Perform the exercise smoothly without any jerky movements.
