Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall and then place your hands on the floor in front of your toes
  • 2Walk your hands forward gradually as far as you can
  • 3Slowly walk them back to the starting position and repeat

Tips:

  • Keep your feet shoulder-width apart
  • Keep your legs straight, donÆt bend your knees
