Instructions:

  • 1Get down on your hips with your knees bent and your feet touching the floor
  • 2Lean yourself backwards and clasp your hands together in front of your chest
  • 3Twist your torso towards one side by taking your arms to that side
  • 4Then twist towards the other side and repeat

Tips:

  • Keep your back leaned backward making an angle with your thighs
  • DonÆt lift your feet off the floor and keep your arms slightly bent while clasping your hands
  • Maintain a smooth breathing rhythm
