
Instructions:
- 1Get down on your hips with your knees bent and your feet touching the floor
- 2Lean yourself backwards and clasp your hands together in front of your chest
- 3Twist your torso towards one side by taking your arms to that side
- 4Then twist towards the other side and repeat
Tips:
- Keep your back leaned backward making an angle with your thighs
- DonÆt lift your feet off the floor and keep your arms slightly bent while clasping your hands
- Maintain a smooth breathing rhythm
