Instructions:

  • 1Stand in position under a Smith machine with your feet slightly in front of you
  • 2Lower down into a squat position as you hold onto the bar
  • 3Drive through your heels to lift yourself back up to a standing position
  • 4Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
  • 5Ensure to maintain a straight back during the exercise

Tips:

  • Do not let your knees go past your toes when you squat
  • Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise
  • Ensure your back is straight and not arched
  • Keep your movements slow and controlled to maximize muscle engagement
