Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with your feet wider than the shoulder-width
  • 2Clasp your hands together and bring them forward while keeping your arms straight
  • 3Twist your torso along with your arms diagonally toward the floor and toward the outside of your right knee
  • 4Return to the initial position and repeat

Tips:

  • Keep your neck in a neutral position, avoid turning it towards sides
  • Raise your heels off the floor for pivoting on your toes smoothly
  • Maintain a smooth breathing pattern
