
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall with your feet wider than the shoulder-width
- 2Clasp your hands together and bring them forward while keeping your arms straight
- 3Twist your torso along with your arms diagonally toward the floor and toward the outside of your right knee
- 4Return to the initial position and repeat
Tips:
- Keep your neck in a neutral position, avoid turning it towards sides
- Raise your heels off the floor for pivoting on your toes smoothly
- Maintain a smooth breathing pattern
