
Instructions:
- 1Lie down on your back with your legs perpendicular to the floor and arms extended over your shoulders.
- 2Raise your torso off the floor and take your hands towards your feet.
- 3Hold for a while, then slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
Tips:
- Keep your legs straight.
- Keep your neck in a neutral position and your lower back on the floor.
- Contract your abdominal muscles while raising your upper back.
