Crunch (straight leg up)

Instructions:

  • 1Lie down on your back with your legs perpendicular to the floor and arms extended over your shoulders.
  • 2Raise your torso off the floor and take your hands towards your feet.
  • 3Hold for a while, then slowly return to the starting position and repeat.

Tips:

  • Keep your legs straight.
  • Keep your neck in a neutral position and your lower back on the floor.
  • Contract your abdominal muscles while raising your upper back.
