Crunch (on bosu ball)

Instructions:

  • 1Lie down on a Bosu ball with your knees bent and hands placed on your chest.
  • 2Raise your torso off the ball and bring it towards your knees.
  • 3Hold for a while, then slowly return to the starting position and repeat.

Tips:

  • DonÆt keep your feet very close to your hips.
  • Keep your neck in a neutral position.
  • Contract your abdominal muscles while heading forward.
