
Instructions:
- 1Lie down on a Bosu ball with your knees bent and hands placed on your chest.
- 2Raise your torso off the ball and bring it towards your knees.
- 3Hold for a while, then slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
Tips:
- DonÆt keep your feet very close to your hips.
- Keep your neck in a neutral position.
- Contract your abdominal muscles while heading forward.
