Instructions:

  • 1Get down to the floor on your hands and toes with your arms, back, and legs straight
  • 2Lift one of your feet off the floor and bring your knee forward towards the opposite side
  • 3Return to the initial position and do the same with your other knee.

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and avoid hunching it
  • Keep your neck in a neutral position.
  • Avoid breath holding.
