Instructions:

  • 1Lie down on your back with your hips and knees bent, arms spread wide on the floor, and feet in the air.
  • 2Rotate your pelvis to one side and take your knees towards the floor while keeping your torso stable.
  • 3Hold for a while, rotate towards the other side, and repeat.

Tips:

  • Keep your back stable and only move your pelvis.
  • DonÆt raise your shoulders off the floor.
  • Maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
