
Instructions:
- 1Sit down on edge of a bench with your legs straight and feet resting on the floor
- 2With your palms resting on the bench behind your back, lift your feet off the ground and slowly bring your knees towards the chest by bending them.
- 3Straighten your knees, moving the knees away from the chest and repeat the sequence.
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
- Do not rest your feet on the ground until the number of repetitions are complete.
- Bend your knees in a straight line and avoid moving them to the sides.
