Instructions:

  • 1Sit down on edge of a bench with your legs straight and feet resting on the floor
  • 2With your palms resting on the bench behind your back, lift your feet off the ground and slowly bring your knees towards the chest by bending them.
  • 3Straighten your knees, moving the knees away from the chest and repeat the sequence.

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
  • Do not rest your feet on the ground until the number of repetitions are complete.
  • Bend your knees in a straight line and avoid moving them to the sides.
