Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
  • 2Hold a barbell behind your neck and rotate your torso towards any side.
  • 3Return to the initial position and rotate your torso towards the other side.
  • 4Continue for a suitable duration.

Tips:

  • Keep your back arched and your chest out.
  • Keep your feet firm on the floor and avoid sliding them.
  • Maintain a natural breathing pattern, and donÆt hold your breath.
