Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
  • 2Fold your arms at your sides and make fists with your hands near your chest.
  • 3Raise one of your knees while rotating your torso to your sides.
  • 4Return to the initial position, and repeat by raising your other knee.
