Instructions:

  • 1Sit upright on a chair with your feet flat on the floor
  • 2Place your left hand on your right knee
  • 3Twist your upper body towards the right, using your hand on your knee as leverage
  • 4Hold this position for a few seconds
  • 5Repeat on the opposite side

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight during the stretch
  • Turn only from your torso, not from your waist or hips
  • To deepen the stretch, press a little further with your hand
  • Do not rush the stretch; hold it for a few seconds for the most benefit
