
Instructions:
- 1Sit upright on a chair with your feet flat on the floor

- 3Twist your upper body towards the right, using your hand on your knee as leverage
- 4Hold this position for a few seconds
- 5Repeat on the opposite side
Tips:
- Keep your back straight during the stretch
- Turn only from your torso, not from your waist or hips
- To deepen the stretch, press a little further with your hand
- Do not rush the stretch; hold it for a few seconds for the most benefit
