Instructions:

  • 1Start by jogging in place, lifting your knees high.
  • 2Perform a drop by getting your body as low as possible, touching your palms to the floor.
  • 3Immediately push off your hands, tucking your knees into your chest as you rise.
  • 4Land back on your feet and immediately begin to jog in place again. Repeat the process.

Tips:

  • Keep your core firm and back straight during the drill.
  • Perform the drop and push-off as quickly as possible to increase intensity.
  • Ensure your palms are fully on the ground before pushing off to avoid injury.
  • Remember to breathe in while jogging and exhale during the drop.
