
Instructions:
- 1Start by kneeling, sitting back onto your heels
- 2Rotate your upper body to one side and mimic a rowing movement
- 3Thread arm through the opposite armpit, twisting your upper body
- 4Return to the starting position
- 5Repeat on the other side
Tips:
- Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise
- Strive to keep your back straight while performing the exercise
- For increased challenge, extend your legs out instead of kneeling
- Breathe out as you twist and breathe in as you return to center
