
Instructions:
- 1Start by sitting on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground
- 2Lean your torso back slightly and lift your feet off the ground
- 3Twist your torso to one side, bringing your hands towards the ground on that side
- 4Quickly twist your torso to the other side, bringing your hands towards the ground on that side
- 5Repeat this motion while keeping your abs engaged

- Keep your back straight and maintain good posture throughout this exercise
- To increase difficulty, hold a medicine ball or a dumbbell in your hands
- Engage your abdomen throughout the entire motion
- Maintain a controlled and steady pace in order to ensure proper form
