Instructions:

  • 1Start by sitting on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground
  • 2Lean your torso back slightly and lift your feet off the ground
  • 3Twist your torso to one side, bringing your hands towards the ground on that side
  • 4Quickly twist your torso to the other side, bringing your hands towards the ground on that side
  • 5Repeat this motion while keeping your abs engaged

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and maintain good posture throughout this exercise
  • To increase difficulty, hold a medicine ball or a dumbbell in your hands
  • Engage your abdomen throughout the entire motion
  • Maintain a controlled and steady pace in order to ensure proper form
