Instructions:

  • 1Stand with your feet hip-width apart, slightly bending your knees
  • 2Extend your arms in front, palms facing each other like you're holding a boat oar
  • 3Pull your arms back while squeezing your shoulder blades together, emulating a rowing motion
  • 4Return your arms to the extended position
  • 5Repeat this movement for your desired number of reps

  • Focus on the squeeze in your upper back at the top of the motion
