- 3Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you pull.
- 4Pause briefly when the towel is close to your face.
- 5Slowly extend your arms back to the initial position.

- Choose a sturdy and stable bar to loop the towel
- Avoid using your torso or lower body to generate momentum
- Initiate the movement from your shoulders and arms
- Control the pace, don't rush the movement.
