Instructions:

  • 1Stand facing a bar with a towel looped around it, hold the ends of the towel.
  • 2Pull the towel towards your face, while keeping your arms high and elbows out.
  • 3Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you pull.
  • 4Pause briefly when the towel is close to your face.
  • 5Slowly extend your arms back to the initial position.

Tips:

  • Choose a sturdy and stable bar to loop the towel
  • Avoid using your torso or lower body to generate momentum
  • Initiate the movement from your shoulders and arms
  • Control the pace, don't rush the movement.
