Instructions:

  • 1Stand with feet hip-width apart
  • 2Lower in to a squat position
  • 3Twist your upper body to one side, then the other
  • 4Return to upright position
  • 5Repeat the process

Tips:

  • Always maintain a strong core
  • Control your movements for each side
  • Make sure to squeeze your glutes on your way up
  • Ensure your knees are not going past your toes when in squat position
