
Instructions:
- 1Stand with feet hip-width apart
- 2Lower in to a squat position
- 3Twist your upper body to one side, then the other
- 4Return to upright position
- 5Repeat the process
Tips:
- Always maintain a strong core
- Control your movements for each side
- Make sure to squeeze your glutes on your way up
- Ensure your knees are not going past your toes when in squat position
