Instructions:

  • 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart

  • 3Lift one knee towards your chest, similar to riding a bicycle
  • 4Return to the squat position and repeat the motion with the other knee
  • 5Continue the cycling motion while maintaining the squat

  • Ensure your knee does not go over your toe during the squat
