
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart
- 2Rotate your torso to the right, lifting your left foot off the floor and hopping on your right foot
- 3Immediately repeat the movement to the left, lifting your right foot off the floor and hopping on your left
- 4Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions
- 5Keep your arms relaxed and swing them naturally with each twist
Tips:
- Keep your abs engaged throughout the exercise
- Keep your head and neck aligned with your spine
- Land softly to reduce impact on your joints
- To increase difficulty, lift the non-hopping foot higher off the ground
