Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart
  • 2Rotate your torso to the right, lifting your left foot off the floor and hopping on your right foot
  • 3Immediately repeat the movement to the left, lifting your right foot off the floor and hopping on your left
  • 4Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions
  • 5Keep your arms relaxed and swing them naturally with each twist

Tips:

  • Keep your abs engaged throughout the exercise
  • Keep your head and neck aligned with your spine
  • Land softly to reduce impact on your joints
  • To increase difficulty, lift the non-hopping foot higher off the ground
