Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight with your legs close together
  • 2Jump and pull both knees up as high as you can towards one side
  • 3Land gently on your feet
  • 4Repeat the jump, this time pulling your knees up towards the opposite side
  • 5Continue alternating sides

Tips:

  • Keep your core tight throughout the exercise
  • You should be on the balls of your feet throughout the movement
  • Breath continuously in controlled manner
  • Try to increase your speed for more intensity
