
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight with your legs close together
- 2Jump and pull both knees up as high as you can towards one side
- 3Land gently on your feet
- 4Repeat the jump, this time pulling your knees up towards the opposite side
- 5Continue alternating sides
Tips:
- Keep your core tight throughout the exercise
- You should be on the balls of your feet throughout the movement
- Breath continuously in controlled manner
- Try to increase your speed for more intensity
