Instructions:

  • 1Start by standing upright with your feet hip-width apart
  • 2Bend your knees and place your hands on the floor, then kick back your feet into a push-up position
  • 3Do a push-up
  • 4Jump your feet back in and stand up
  • 5Finish the move by jumping in the air and spreading your legs and arms out into a 'star' shape

Tips:

  • Ensure you are in a stable position before moving to the next step
  • Use your abs to pull your legs back to the standing position
  • Try to keep a consistent pace to maintain your heart rate
  • Always land softly to prevent joint injuries
