
Instructions:
- 1Start with a false grip on the rings, arms fully extended and body in a straight line
- 2Lean back, bend your knees and roll your body under the rings using momentum
- 3Continue the motion until you bring yourself up into a supported position above the rings
- 4Hold this position for a moment
- 5Safely revert back to the starting position and repeat
Tips:
- Engage your core muscles during the exercise
- Make sure to control your movements to prevent injury
- Start with a lower intensity if you're a beginner and gradually increase it
- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
