Instructions:

  • 1Start with a false grip on the rings, arms fully extended and body in a straight line
  • 2Lean back, bend your knees and roll your body under the rings using momentum
  • 3Continue the motion until you bring yourself up into a supported position above the rings
  • 4Hold this position for a moment
  • 5Safely revert back to the starting position and repeat

Tips:

  • Engage your core muscles during the exercise
  • Make sure to control your movements to prevent injury
  • Start with a lower intensity if you're a beginner and gradually increase it
  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
