Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall holding the medicine ball at chest level
  • 2Rotate your torso to the right then to the left, each time slamming the ball on the ground
  • 3Catch the ball on the bounce after each slam
  • 4Repeat for the desired number of reps
  • 5Switch directions after each set

Tips:

  • Engage your core as you rotate
  • Try to slam the ball as hard as you can for maximum power
  • Keep your feet firmly planted on the ground
  • Maintain a fluid motion throughout the exercise
