
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall holding the medicine ball at chest level
- 2Rotate your torso to the right then to the left, each time slamming the ball on the ground
- 3Catch the ball on the bounce after each slam
- 4Repeat for the desired number of reps
- 5Switch directions after each set
Tips:
- Engage your core as you rotate
- Try to slam the ball as hard as you can for maximum power
- Keep your feet firmly planted on the ground
- Maintain a fluid motion throughout the exercise
