Instructions:

  • 1Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball with both hands
  • 2Raise the medicine ball above your head, then slam it into the ground as hard as you can
  • 3Immediately follow with a burpee: quickly drop your body into a squat position, then kick your feet back into a plank
  • 4Do a push-up, then quickly bring your feet back under your body
  • 5Jump up into the air, extending your arms and reaching for the sky

  • Control your movements, especially when slamming the ball to avoid injury
  • Try to minimize the time spent in the transition from one move to the next to keep your heart rate up
