
Instructions:

- 3Immediately follow with a burpee: quickly drop your body into a squat position, then kick your feet back into a plank
- 4Do a push-up, then quickly bring your feet back under your body
- 5Jump up into the air, extending your arms and reaching for the sky

- Control your movements, especially when slamming the ball to avoid injury
- Try to minimize the time spent in the transition from one move to the next to keep your heart rate up
- Ensure proper form during the push-up to prevent strain on your lower back
