
Instructions:
- 1Start on all fours with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart
- 2Jump side to side, landing with feet wider than hip-width apart
- 3After jumping to the side, jump forward while returning the feet inside shoulder-width
- 4Repeat the same movement, but jumping to the opposite side
Tips:
- Focus on making your movements fluid and rhythmic
- Keep your knees slightly bent to help absorb the impact
- Look ahead and keep your back straight during the movements
- Breathe in rhythm with your movements
