Instructions:

  • 1Start on all fours with hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart
  • 2Jump side to side, landing with feet wider than hip-width apart
  • 3After jumping to the side, jump forward while returning the feet inside shoulder-width
  • 4Repeat the same movement, but jumping to the opposite side

Tips:

  • Focus on making your movements fluid and rhythmic
  • Keep your knees slightly bent to help absorb the impact
  • Look ahead and keep your back straight during the movements
  • Breathe in rhythm with your movements
