Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart
  • 2Turn your torso to one side and lift your knee towards your chest
  • 3Switch sides and repeat the movement
  • 4Ensure to engage your abs throughout the exercise

Tips:

  • Keep your movements slow and controlled
  • Inhale when you twist and exhale when you lift your knee
  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
  • Feel the contraction in your abs and obliques when twisting and lifting
