Instructions:

  • 1Start sitting on the ground with your feet flat and your palms resting behind you
  • 2Press up through your hands and feet to raise your hips
  • 3Move forward by taking a step with your right hand and left foot
  • 4Next, take a step with your left hand and right foot
  • 5Continue alternating and repeat for the desired repetitions or distance

Tips:

  • Keep your hips lifted throughout the exercise
  • Try to keep your fingertips pointing towards your feet
  • Keep your abs engaged to stabilize your spine
  • Breathe evenly throughout the movement
