
Instructions:
- 1Start in a squat position with your hands close to your right knee
- 2Bring your hands upwards in a swift motion as if you were swinging an axe
- 3Twist your torso while maintaining a slight bend in your knees
- 4End the motion over your left shoulder
- 5Slowly return to the starting position and repeat before switching sides
Tips:
- The power of the movement should come from your hips and your core
- Keep your back flat and core engaged throughout the exercise
- Avoid locking your knees
- Try to establish a smooth and continuous rhythm
