
Instructions:
- 1Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
- 2Raise your arms out to the sides while simultaneously jumping your feet out wide
- 3As your feet touch the ground, punch with one hand towards the opposite direction
- 4Jump your feet back together and drop your arms to your sides
- 5Repeat with the other hand while jumping your feet out again

- Stay light on your feet to prevent undue stress on the knees
- Engage your core for balance
- Make sure your punches are controlled and not overly forceful
