Instructions:

  • 1Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
  • 2Raise your arms out to the sides while simultaneously jumping your feet out wide
  • 3As your feet touch the ground, punch with one hand towards the opposite direction
  • 4Jump your feet back together and drop your arms to your sides
  • 5Repeat with the other hand while jumping your feet out again

  • Rhythmic breathing helps maintain pace and stamina
  • Stay light on your feet to prevent undue stress on the knees
  • Engage your core for balance
  • Make sure your punches are controlled and not overly forceful
