Doorway Chest Stretch (male)

Instructions:

  • 1Stand upright in the doorway
  • 2Place your hands on either side of the door frame, at approximately shoulder height
  • 3Lean forward until you feel a gentle stretch in your chest and hold for 15-30 seconds
  • 4Relax and repeat

Tips:

  • Keep your body straight and posture upright
  • Adjust your hand position height to target different parts of your chest
  • Avoid leaning too much or it may lead to injury
  • Breath deeply during the hold
