
Instructions:
- 1Stand upright in the doorway
- 2Place your hands on either side of the door frame, at approximately shoulder height
- 3Lean forward until you feel a gentle stretch in your chest and hold for 15-30 seconds
- 4Relax and repeat
Tips:
- Keep your body straight and posture upright
- Adjust your hand position height to target different parts of your chest
- Avoid leaning too much or it may lead to injury
- Breath deeply during the hold
