
Instructions:
- 1Lie on your back, bend both knees to your chest and roll onto your left side
- 2With your left hand, pull your right knee towards the ground keeping your back flat
- 3Extend your right arm, keep it at shoulder height and try to touch the ground
- 4Turn your neck to the right side
- 5Hold this position for 20-30 seconds, then switch sides
Tips:
- Stay relaxed during the stretch
- Don't force the stretch too aggressively
- Breathe deeply and slowly during the stretch
- Visualize the tensions in your body releasing as you breathe
