Instructions:

  • 1Lie on your back, bend both knees to your chest and roll onto your left side
  • 2With your left hand, pull your right knee towards the ground keeping your back flat
  • 3Extend your right arm, keep it at shoulder height and try to touch the ground
  • 4Turn your neck to the right side
  • 5Hold this position for 20-30 seconds, then switch sides

Tips:

  • Stay relaxed during the stretch
  • Don't force the stretch too aggressively
  • Breathe deeply and slowly during the stretch
  • Visualize the tensions in your body releasing as you breathe
