
Instructions:

- 3At the bottom, pause and perform a calf raise
- 4Lower your heels back to the ground
- 5Push back up to the starting position
Tips:
- Ensure your back remains straight throughout the exercise
- When lowering into the squat, aim for your thighs to be parallel with the floor
- Squeeze your glutes as you push back up
- Perform the calf raise with control, not speed
