Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart
  • 2Bend your hips and knees as if you were about to perform a regular deadlift
  • 3In a fast, explosive movement, straighten your knees and hips simultaneously, jumping as high as you can
  • 4Land softly, absorbing the impact with your legs, and immediately prepare for the next jump

Tips:

  • Ensure to warm up thoroughly before starting
  • Focus on getting as much height as possible on each jump
  • Aim for soft landings to help protect your joints
  • Keep a straight back to reduce risk of lower back strain
