
Instructions:
- 1Begin in a high plank position
- 2Bring your right knee forward toward your chest, followed by your left knee
- 3Quickly jump back into plank position
- 4Perform a push-up
- 5Jump your feet in towards your hands, then explosively jump up towards the ceiling
- 6Land and immediately begin the next rep

- Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise
- Make each movement fluid to maintain your heart rate
- Try to keep your hips steady as you draw your knees in
- Ensure your back remains straight during the push-up
