Instructions:

  • 1Begin in a high plank position
  • 2Bring your right knee forward toward your chest, followed by your left knee
  • 3Quickly jump back into plank position
  • 4Perform a push-up
  • 5Jump your feet in towards your hands, then explosively jump up towards the ceiling
  • 6Land and immediately begin the next rep

Tips:

  • Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise
  • Make each movement fluid to maintain your heart rate
  • Try to keep your hips steady as you draw your knees in
  • Ensure your back remains straight during the push-up
