Instructions:

  • 1Sit down on the floor with knees bent and feet flat.
  • 2Lean back slightly to engage your abdominal muscles.
  • 3Interlock your fingers and twist your torso on one side.
  • 4Then twist your torso to the opposite side.
  • 5Repeat this motion continuously.

Tips:

  • Try to keep your back straight throughout the exercise.
  • Engage your abdominals at all times.
  • Your head and shoulders should follow your hands during the twisting motion.
  • Add a dumbbell or medicine ball for added resistance.
