
Instructions:
- 1Sit down on the floor with knees bent and feet flat.
- 2Lean back slightly to engage your abdominal muscles.
- 3Interlock your fingers and twist your torso on one side.
- 4Then twist your torso to the opposite side.
- 5Repeat this motion continuously.
Tips:
- Try to keep your back straight throughout the exercise.
- Engage your abdominals at all times.
- Your head and shoulders should follow your hands during the twisting motion.
- Add a dumbbell or medicine ball for added resistance.
