Instructions:

  • 1Start by standing on the platform of the machine
  • 2Hold onto the handles securely
  • 3Increase the speed and resistance as you warm up
  • 4Maintain an upright posture as you run
  • 5Slow down the speed and decrease resistance at the end of your session

Tips:

  • Make sure your feet land full-footed, not just on your toes
  • Keep your arms slightly bent at the elbows as you run
  • Control your breathing, taking deep breaths in and out
  • Avoid hunching your shoulders while running
